Ex-ajudante de ordens também não poderá comunicar-se com esposa
O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), proibiu nesta sexta-feira (25) que Mauro Cid, ex-ajudante de ordens de Jair Bolsonaro, tenha qualquer tipo de contato com o ex-presidente, a ex-primeira dama Michelle Bolsonaro e investigados nos inquéritos que apuram desvios de presentes de governos estrangeiros recebidos na gestão de Bolsonaro e os atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro. 
A decisão do ministro também atinge a proibição de contato de Cid com sua esposa, Gabriela Cid. O ex-ajudante está preso em Brasília por conta da investigação que apura a suposta fraude no cartão de vacina de Bolsonaro.
Moraes baseou-se em um relatório da Polícia Federal que cita conversas encontradas a partir da perícia feita no celular de Mauro Cid. As mensagens tratam de falas que incentivariam atos antidemocráticos contra o resultado das eleições presidenciais de 2022, com vitória de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Mais cedo, Mauro Cid prestou depoimento à Polícia Federal (PF) sobre a visita que o hacker Walter Delgatti teria feito, no ano passado, ao então presidente Bolsonaro, no Palácio da Alvorada, durante o período eleitoral.
